2013 10th Annual Hometown Holiday Horse Parade

Our committee has been hard at work planning a wonderful event for our 10th Annual Hometown Holiday Horse Parade on Saturday, November 23rd!

This event has become an annual holiday tradition for local families and visitors! Over 50 lighted carriages, riders and buggies make for a fun event for all ages to enjoy!

We are thrilled to announce the route of the parade has been extended for our 10th year, with more entertainment featured before and after the parade!

This year, the route will travel down Broadway, go around the circle and travel up Sycamore (passing the Library). The extended route will allow for better views of the parade and hopefully less packed sidewalks, for a more enjoyable experience for all.

The Greenville Public Library (located on Sycamore), will offer bleachers on their lawn, live music provided by Tommy Renfro, a book sale and FREE PONY RIDES (sponsored by Friends of the Greenville Public Library and St. Clair Manor).

Below you will find the current list of entertainment / events for the day, please encourage friends & family to “like” our Facebook Page to receive updates as they occur – we are very excited about this year’s event and can’t wait to see everyone downtown on Saturday, November 23rd!
